I couldn’t believe how quick and convenient the process was. They even stayed late to allow me to drop my car off after work. What really sets Scotty’s apart from other body shops is their customer service.

  • Can I fix my car where I choose?

The state of Iowa protects your rights as citizens to have your vehicle repaired at any repair facility of your choosing. Unfortunately, there is a lot of confusion on this one, you may be told by an agent or adjuster that you have to go to a certain repair shop, and its simply not true.

  • Do you work with my insurance?

Absolutely. We work with ALL insurance companies directly to resolve claims and supplement damages for our customers.

  • Why is your quote higher than my insurance claim?

There are a multitude of reasons for this, mainly due to estimates written before a thorough teardown of the car has been performed. Insurance companies cannot see the full extent of damages due to an accident, so their initial estimate can reflect quite differently than the final repair costs.
