CALL YOUR INSURANCE

Within 24 hours, contact the liable insurance company to establish your claim and acquire a claim number. Once you have received the basic information associated with the claim, contact us here at Scotty’s Body Shop. We will utilize the claim information to expedite the estimating and repair process, that way you don’t have to!

Step 2

SCHEDULE AN ESTIMATE

We understand life can be busy, so our schedule revolves around you! Let us know what would be the most convenient time for you, and we will do our best to work it into our schedule. Please note there is a small fee for hail estimates, which is refunded to you when you come back to us to do the job. Set up an appointment at one of our Des Moines locations today.

Step 3

REPAIR TO PERFECTION

Scotty’s team of expert claim handlers will work directly with the insurance company to make sure that the estimate is detailed and thorough. We will put forth a great effort to ensure that your repairs are done to the highest level of quality and safety. We not only deliver a high level of repair but also work to give 100% to our customers by keeping them up to date, assisting with a rental car, and answering any questions.

Step 4

MULTI-POINT INSPECTION

The final phase of our repair process is a multi-point inspection of all repairs performed, and as a courtesy, Scotty’s Body Shop will clean your vehicle inside and out. Imagine coming back to your freshly repaired and safety double-checked car to find it cleaner than when you dropped it off!

Step 5

HAND THE KEYS BACK

The final step of the process is seeing our customers’ big smiles when we hand them their keys back.
