| Nearly every member of the family has a part in the family business. Scotty Sr (middle, top) manages the University location. Scotty Jr (middle, bottom) manages the Linden Street location. Chelsea (Scotty's Daughter, second from left) manages the finances and also provides estimates. Curtis (Chelsea's Husband, far left) manages business sales and provides estimates.
