Robert Buchanan is the General Manager.
Robert worked for 4 years previously as an Insurance appraiser / adjuster with PDA. Robert attended Drake University's College of Business and Public Administration focusing on an Insurance business.

Robert is known and respected by Insurance adjusters and agencies, whom he works with daily, because he knows exactly how and what they expect when settling claims. He is there to make sure that the customer receives the correct information needed to make important decisions regarding the auto repair process.

Robert has attended seminars in Auto body repair frame work at EZLiner Frame School in Nebraska, and ran a GM dealership for 5 years, prior to entering into business with Scotty. " I have been in the Auto Repair business since I was old enough to carry sandpaper in my hand", jokes Robert. The truth is he has been around auto-repair his entire life.

Charmel King - Office Manager:
Charmel has 20 years experience in auto body repair business. She has ran high production shops in California and was an independent appraiser for many insurance companies. She has attended several comprehensive training courses and knows a great deal about the auto repair industry. Charmel deals with insurance companies every day and knows how to expedite your insurance claims in the quickest possible professional manner.
