Robert Buchanan is the Office Manager. Robert strives in a busy environment and is there to make sure that the customer receives the correct information needed to make important decisions regarding the auto repair process. Robert knows that the most voluble type of advertising is a word of mouth recommendation. Each person that comes through the door is potentially our greatest asset.
